When should I start shopping for my gown?
Be ready to say yes as soon as you find the perfect dress! We promise you will love our curated collection of gowns from around the world.
Do I require an appointment?
Yes, absolutely we want to ensure the best shopping experience.
How long are appointments?
Appointments are booked for an hour and a half. There is no charge for a consultation appointment.
What should I wear to the appointment?
We recommend wearing neutral comfortable undergarments, if your hair is long you might want to bring a scrunchie. Most importantly bring your best smile.
How many guests should I bring?
We ask that you limit your guests to three but at times it is possible to bring more. Please call the store in advance to make arrangements.
How many dresses am I able to try on?
There is no limit but we recommend to try on no more than twelve. This will ensure that you are focused and not overwhelmed.
What is your size range?
Our size in store is between size 8 and 22. However, the majority are between size 10 and 16. Dresses can be ordered in all sizes ranging from 0 to 32.
What is your price range?
Our bridal collections range from $1200.00 to $4000.00. Please note the majority are between $1500.00 and $2700.00.
Do you have a sale section?
Yes, we do! We have an amazing selection of gowns that priced to sell between $399.00 and $999.00.
How do I know what size to order?
We compare your bust, waist, hip measurements and height to the size chart provided by the designer. This will determine the correct size to order. However, gowns are not made to measure and will likely require alterations. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown.
How much is required to order my gown?
You have the option of paying 60% or the full balance at the time of ordering. However, payment in full is required when the gown arrives.
Can I change my mind once I have ordered my gown?
After you have chosen and paid for your gown we place an order with the designer. Your bridal gown will be made specifically for you in the style, size and color you have chosen. Therefore, all sales are final.
How will I be notified when my gown arrives?
We will contact you via email and request that you book a try on appointment or a curb side appointment within 14 days of your gown arriving. Please call the store to make the appointment.
Who do you recommend for alterations?
After you have purchased your gown we will provide you with a list of preferred bridal seamstresses. If you have your own seamstress not to worry you are not obligated.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a parking lot directly behind our building.
